Yes. We regularly work with property managers, co-op and condo boards, supers and general contractors on base-building plumbing.
Can tenants stay in place during riser work?
Usually yes. We plan the work in sections and schedule water or gas shutdowns with building management to keep disruption short.
Do you handle the permits?
As a Licensed Master Plumber, we handle the plumbing filings and inspections the work requires, and coordinate with your expediter or architect when there is one.
