Water is coming through my ceiling from upstairs — can you help?
Yes. We'll coordinate with the upstairs unit or building management to find the source and repair it. If water is actively pouring, shut off the water to the unit if you can and call us.
Do you open walls to find leaks?
Only as much as needed. We start by tracing the water and testing lines, then open the smallest area required to reach the leak.
Will my landlord or building need to be involved?
For leaks in building pipes or risers, usually yes. We regularly work with supers and property managers to get access and approvals.
